These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Rajatogel ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at https://rajatogel.lat and all associated services, features, and content offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or making use of any service offered on the Rajatogel platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Rajatogel reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Rajatogel Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Rajatogel does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, corporate entity, or third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close relative of any such person employed by Rajatogel or any of its affiliated companies.
• You do not hold any other active or suspended Account on the Rajatogel Platform. Each individual is entitled to hold no more than one Account at any given time.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by Rajatogel for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order that would prohibit your access to online gaming platforms.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law, and you take full personal responsibility for ensuring such compliance.

When registering an Account on the Rajatogel Platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes. Rajatogel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is discovered.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you have authorised such activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify Rajatogel's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Rajatogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Account was registered using false or fraudulent information;
• The Player is engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account activity presents an unacceptable risk profile under the Company's AML or responsible gambling obligations.

Players wishing to close their own Account may submit a closure request to the support team at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) working days.

Rajatogel accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player has completed all applicable KYC verification requirements;
• All active bonus wagering requirements associated with the Player's Account have been fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount does not fall below the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method;
• The requested withdrawal method matches a payment instrument previously used for deposit by the same Account holder.

Rajatogel targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers. Processing times for FPX and bank transfers may range from one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Rajatogel does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party fees imposed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider — including currency conversion charges where applicable — remain the Player's sole responsibility.

Rajatogel offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be rolled over the specified number of times (typically x10 to x30 of the bonus amount) before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM250 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are outlined in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus credit. Uncompleted bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum withdrawal derived from any single bonus is capped at five (5) times the original bonus amount.

Players may only hold one active bonus on their Account at any given time. Accepting a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus. Players are advised to complete or forfeit existing bonuses before claiming a new promotion.

Rajatogel reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend any Account where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-account exploitation, or coordinated promotional manipulation is identified. Determinations of bonus abuse are at the sole discretion of the Company, applied consistently and in accordance with documented criteria.

All games and betting markets available on the Rajatogel Platform are governed by the general rules set out in this section, together with any product-specific rules published on the Platform for individual games, sports, or betting markets.

Rajatogel reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are not accepted if the Player's Account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. In sports betting, bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided unless specific in-play betting markets are open for that event.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting products and game categories. These limits may vary by market, event type, account tier, and prevailing promotional conditions. Rajatogel reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market or for any account at any time without prior notice.

A bet or game round may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors that prevent the correct completion of the game; event cancellation or postponement; clearly erroneous odds published due to technical malfunction; or evidence of integrity issues affecting the relevant event.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance. Rajatogel will not compensate for any potential winnings on voided bets.

For football betting markets covering the EPL (English Premier League), Liga Super Malaysia, and other competitions popular among Malaysian bettors, Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Matches suspended before the completion of 90 minutes of play (excluding stoppage time) for reasons beyond the control of the competing teams may be voided at Rajatogel's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rajatogel Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human interaction;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to artificially influence game or match outcomes;
• Exploitation of technical errors, software glitches, or miscalculated odds in a systematic or deliberate manner;
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions;
• Use of the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or fabricated identity documentation during the KYC process;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Any other conduct that Rajatogel determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or unfair to other players.

Rajatogel operates in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. All registered Players may be required to complete identity verification before depositing funds, withdrawing winnings, or at any other point determined by the Company's compliance processes.

Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport for identity and age verification;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence as proof of residential address;
• Screenshots or records of payment method ownership in cases where the source of funds requires verification.

Rajatogel reserves the right to delay, suspend, or block any withdrawal and to freeze Account funds where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction may be connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. In such cases, the Company may be required by law to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.

Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate personal sources. Rajatogel does not accept deposits from third parties or anonymous payment instruments that cannot be attributed to a verified Account holder.

All content on the Rajatogel Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game assets, sound recordings, and compilation — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of Rajatogel.

Unauthorised use of any Rajatogel intellectual property — including the "Rajatogel" brand name, logo, and related marks — will constitute an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rajatogel, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Rajatogel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Where service interruptions or technical failures cause the abnormal termination of a game session, the Company's liability is limited to returning the stake amount relevant to the interrupted game round, which will be credited to the Player's Account balance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Rajatogel's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Rajatogel is committed to maintaining a safe, responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible via the Account dashboard, including deposit limit controls, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Minimum Age: Rajatogel strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all platform users. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held within will be forfeited.

Rajatogel reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be effective from the date on which the revised Terms are published on the Platform. Where changes are considered material — such as those that significantly alter Player rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email notification to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure continued awareness of the current terms governing use of the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and Rajatogel arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the following resolution procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The Player must first submit a detailed written complaint to the Rajatogel support team via email at [email protected]. All relevant transaction records, dates, and screenshots should be included to facilitate prompt review.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: Rajatogel's compliance team will review the complaint and provide a written response within ten (10) business days of receipt.
• Step 3 — Escalation: Where the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or independent dispute resolution body under the Company's licensing jurisdiction.

Rajatogel's decisions on gaming outcomes — including bet settlements, game results, and RNG-determined outcomes — are final and binding. Disputes relating to game mathematics or RNG fairness must be supported by documented technical evidence.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes, claims, or matters arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rajatogel is incorporated and licensed.

Players acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is their personal responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Rajatogel Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Rajatogel does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legally accessible in any particular jurisdiction.

Any legal proceedings brought by a Player against Rajatogel must be commenced within one (1) year of the date on which the Player first became aware of, or should reasonably have become aware of, the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims commenced after this limitation period will be time-barred.
